In such cases, the only option is to manage and control anxiety. Here are some strategies: Proper breathing: Ensure your respiratory system is functioning correctly. You can practice continuous nasal breathing. If you have no issues, be grateful and try taking a few deep breaths every few hours. Proper sleep: Make sure you get at least 8 hours of quality sleep (including sufficient deep sleep) each day. Proper nutrition: Avoid processed and ready-made foods. Take a genuine multivitamin (like Good Luck Vit D) and drink several glasses of cool water daily. Avoid smoking, alcohol, caffeine, and sugar. Spend half an hour daily for yourself. Sit quietly without your phone or distractions and relax. Exercise: You don’t need anything extreme—just get dressed, play some music, and walk briskly as far as you can.
