Identify and Reduce Triggers: Recognize your triggers and work to minimize their impact through strategies like mindfulness and cognitive reappraisal. Self-Regulation: Develop self-regulation skills to control your behavior, emotions, and thoughts in order to achieve long-term goals. Practice Gratitude and Mindfulness: Engage in activities that promote gratitude, mindfulness, and being present to maintain a positive outlook.
